Eleven acres are dedicated to the turtle farming operations: ponds, washing/salmonella treatment/processing facilities, incubation buildings, feed bins, office, and equipment area.
Over 30,000 adult turtles reside and lay eggs within the two enclosed ponds and bedding areas.
